           RETURN POLICY:

Outdoor Country is an authorized retail and online dealer for footwear, clothing and protection gear. Orders are normally processed within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.  Most of our Internet orders are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers' facilities.

We value your privacy. All information received on our sites will remain confidential and not used for spam or other advertising.

Every effort is made to keep our websites current, but inventory availability can change hourly and our sites are not in "real time". If  you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact outdoor@boots99.com or sales@boots99.com.

If you place an order online and an item is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified by email. Although, we may have your order drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's facility, you are purchasing from Outdoor Country. All returns, exchanges or refunds will be processed through our company. The only information shared with the manufacturer is the shipping address and the product, style and size they are to ship.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Because most of our orders are drop-shipped from the manufacturers' facilities, once the order has been sent to their fulfillment centers, it cannot be canceled. The delivery will need to be completed and the order will need to be returned under return policy guidelines.  Please do not refuse the shipment. There are additional service charges and shipping fees assessed by the shipping service and manufacturers on orders returned to them by the shipping service.
 
Due to the requirements of some credit card companies, orders shipping to a 3rd party, or an apartment complex will be shipped signature required. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained on the first attempt, you will be notified by email and will need to make arrangements with the shipping service to complete the delivery. The shipping service will only make 3 attempts before returning to the shipper. If your order was shipped signature required, that will be noted in the sales receipt you are emailed once the order has been processed.
 
There are additional fees and shipping charges on shipments that are refused, cannot be delivered to the address furnished on the order form, or if a signature cannot be obtained on "signature required" shipments.  Currently those fees are $26.95 ($10 service fee charged by UPS/FedEx + fixed $6.95 return shipping charge + $10 restocking fee assessed by the manufacturer). These fees will be held from the refund. If a re-shipment is requested, in place of a refund, there will also be an additional shipping charge.

Return Policy & Procedures  -  All returns need a Return Authorization Number  (RA).

The return authorization number (RA#) enables us to connect a return to the correct customer. Please email Outdoor Country at returns@boots99.com for a RA# and the correct return shipping address within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We may have your order shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and the return shipping address will be different than the one shown on the package. Returns shipped without an RA# or to the incorrect return facility result in lengthy delays and will incur additional shipping charges.

You should receive your RA# and the return shipping address within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You are responsible for return shipping, but the first exchange is shipped free, if shipped to a street address inside the contingent USA.

All communications concerning an order or return are sent by email to the email address furnished on your order form. If you haven't received your return information within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, please check your bulk or spam folders.

Requesting A Return Authorization Number (EXCLUDING WARRANTY RETURNS): 

 1. To return any new and unworn product (except close-outs or special make-ups) contact Outdoor Country at returns@boots99.com      361 - 584 - 2562   for a return authorization number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Once the RA number is assigned, you will have an additional 60 days to return your order. RA numbers cancel after 60 days. If you haven't received your requested information within 24 hours, excluding weekends or holidays, please check your bulk/spam folders. Close-outs or special make-ups are non-returnable. Close Out items are clearly marked on the website and on the order page.

2. When requesting a RA#, please include your name, order number, the product brand and style ordered, and the email address you listed on your order form. Please let us know if you are wanting an exchange or refund. If requesting an exchange give the brand/style and size you want shipped. Footwear returned for a refund is subject to a $10.00 (per pair) restocking fee unless the item was shipped wrong or is flawed (see #6 below). All other items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will be issued once the return has been completely processed.

3. Returned items should be in their original packaging, have all tags in place and show no signs of wear. Footwear should be tried on in a carpeted area and care should be taken not to mar or scuff the soles.  If an item shows signs of wear, especially on the soles, or cannot be returned to inventory as new, it will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. If an exchange has already been shipped, we will need to charge for the exchange.

4. Although you are responsible for all return shipping, the first exchange is shipped free if shipped to a street address within the contingent USA.  Additional exchanges on the same order, or shipments to any address that requires shipment by the USPS will require additional shipping charges. We suggest you ship your return by a service/method that provides online tracking. We are not responsible for lost or miss-directed returns. It may become necessary for you to file a claim with the shipping service you used to re-coup your money.  If a return does not arrive at the return facility, we will have to charge for any exchange already shipped. We cannot issue refunds if the return is not received at the return facility. It can take up to 4 weeks, from the time the return is received at the return facility, for the return to complete processing. Unauthorized returns can take much longer.

5. Exchanges can be shipped immediately if you furnish us with a tracking number, trackable online, confirming the return has been shipped. If you wish to have another brand/style/size shipped to you before returning an item, we will charge for the requested item to be shipped and then issue a refund when the return arrives back and is processed. The restocking fee will be waived in these circumstances.

6. If your order was shipped incorrectly or if there is a flaw in the product, contact us for a pre-paid return label. We will immediately send out a replacement. All returns for a quality issue will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer determines there is no flaw in the product, you will be charged for the return shipping and, if returned for a refund, the restocking fee applies.  If a replacement has been shipped, you will be charged for the replacement. If the item being return is never received at the return facility, and a replacement has already been shipped you will be charged for the replacement. Refunds cannot be issued until the return has been received and has completed processing. 

WARRANTY RETURNS:

Most manufacturer's warranty their product from 90 days - 1 year against flaws in materials or workmanship, but not end-use damage. Outdoor Country does not imply/offer any warranty beyond that of the manufacturers.

If a problem covered by the warranty occurs within 2 weeks of receipt, we will automatically send a replacement and send you a pre-paid return label to return the flawed merchandise. Sizing issues are not considered a flaw in workmanship or materials. On items you have had longer than 2 weeks, the return will need to be processed as a warranty return. This will require you send us the merchandise which we will forward to the manufacturer. Depending on their findings, you will either be sent a replacement or the original item. All shipping will be your responsibility so we will need to have a valid credit card on file. It can take up to 4 weeks once the manufacturer receives the item for a determination to be made. To request a warranty return email: returns@boots99.com  ph:  361-584-2562  and furnish the brand, style, and size you are having a problem with and, if possible the original order number or an approximate order date so we can determine if we are the correct dealership to process the warranty return. We can only locate orders by the name of the purchaser as it appears on the order form, order number, or email address that would have been entered on the order form. 

CLOSE-OUTS AND SPECIAL MAKE-UPS:  

All Close Outs are clearly marked, and they cannot be returned unless the item is shipped wrong, or there is a manufacturing flaw in the item.

Some manufacturers offer special make-ups, if you request a special make-up, it can take up to 120 days to be completed and there are no returns/exchanges or refunds unless the item has a flaw in material or workmanship. You need to be sure of your size in the brand and style you are requesting.  Keep in mind, different toe and heel styles, as well as the type of make-up materials can make a boot fit/feel differently on your foot. If you wear a certain size in one brand/style, that does not necessarily mean the exact size in a different style, or different toe or heel style,  will fit or feel the same. The item cannot be returned for sizing issues, unless there is an actual difference in the size you ordered and the size you received.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Calls received at our retail location concerning an Internet order or to request a return authorization number, will be forwarded to our Internet sales division via email. Our Internet sales division can be contacted directly at  sales@boots99.com or returns@boots99.com .

Outdoor Country is an authorized retail and online dealer located in Bishop, TX. We have been in retail business for over 26 years and selling online since 1999. Our online division allows us to offer every style and size in a manufacturer's current product line.   We only offer first quality products. We do not participate in seconds programs offered by some manufacturers.

We are a small family owned business and are not available 24/7 by telephone, but can be reached by email anytime.

We currently do not ship Internationally. Most items ship by either FedEx or UPS Ground at a flat rate of $6.95, but orders to APO/FPO, Alaska, and HI addresses are shipped Priority/Insured by the United States Postal Service, please email for a shipping quote. Orders that will need to be shipped by the USPS are handled differently and take an additional 10-15 days to ship.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and AMEX, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. We process credit card orders immediately and they are normally processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends/holidays. A charge will appear on your statement from "Boots 1", "Outdoor Country" or "Outdoor 2 - Bishop, TX". All other orders are processed upon receipt of the payment. Tracking numbers are furnished once they become available.

If you need to return an item, please email returns@boots99.com  for the correct return shipping address and a return authorization number. Products returned without a RA number, or shipped to the incorrect return facility, results in lengthy delays in processing the return. There are also several more shipping charges involved since the product has to be retrieved from the incorrect facility and be re-directed to the correct location before the exchange can be completed or a refund is issued. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

Our online catalog websites are separate from our retail operation and our store personnel may not have access to information concerning availability of a product, not currently in our store stock, or orders placed through our websites.  The quickest way to receive information concerning the availability of a brand/style or size or to receive information about your order or return, is to contact us by email at outdoor@boots99.com ,  sales@boots99.com or returns@boots99.com . We answer emails as they are received.
